Have I told you how important you are to me?
Have I told you how proud I am of you?
Have I told you how smart you are?
Have I told you how beautiful you are inside and out?
Have I told you how much you make me laugh?
Have I told you it’s ok to make mistakes?
Have I told you sometimes people hurt you, and it’s not your fault?
Have I told you to be kind to yourself, and judgement free?
Have I told you not to worry, we are in this together?
Have I told you never accept “less than”, because you deserve “more than”?
Have I told you it’s ok to let go, when there’s nothing to hold onto?
Have I told you that you are enough as-is?
